Generous morning buffet: The breakfast at this hotel is like a treasure trove of delicious treats, I felt like a kid in a candy shop surrounded by a selection of sweets, cakes, and fruit.
Dark rooms: Some rooms have small windows and are overall quite dark, but it didn't bother us too much.

There is climate machine in rooms + little lcd tv
1 connector socket in rooms, if you turn off the light, the socket will also turn off. A bit dodgy staff... so pay attention when you pay. Breakfast is poor. 1 hour far from city center (suburban area), but close to Fiumicino. Walls are too thin, so u need earplugs to use, if you want sleep. Bed was uncomfortable.

If you don't like the hustle and bustle of a city centre, it's a quiet nice neighbourhood, close to a bus stop. However, there is no metro or train station in vicinity. The staff is helpful and supportive.
The breakfast is from 7:30 till 9:30, but the assortment is not replenished, so get up early, if you're not willing to stay hungry.

I absolutely adored the vintage charm of the hotel's decoration. The elegant furnishings and beautiful artwork throughout the public areas created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It reminded me of my own grandmother's home, filled with warmth and nostalgia. The well-maintained gardens surrounding the hotel were also a delightful sight, perfect for a leisurely stroll.
My only suggestion for a better vacation for senior people would be to have more staff available to assist guests. While the children working there were polite and helpful, there were moments when they seemed overwhelmed with their workload.

A good location just outside central Rome, an easy bus ride away from the centre. Room was very spacious, immaculate and comfortable
very unfriendly staff, clearly had no interest in the guests, however this did nt really impinge on our stay

The Hotel was very clean, the rooms were of a good size and were very well furnished. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.
The wi-fi was password protected, making it a bit of a pain to use.

The B&B had a charming and cozy atmosphere, with beautiful decorations that reminded me of an elegant old villa. The general areas were well-kept and provided a comfortable space to relax and socialize. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel, making it convenient for me to explore both the Vatican and the city center.
I would have loved to see more options for senior-friendly activities or amenities.

The breakfast was good, varied and generous, and kept us going till almost dinner time. The rooms were basic but very clean. The neighbourhood was safe, the hotel close to the bus stand, so we felt completely at home walking back in the night. The rooms were turned over daily with fresh linen and towels. We were also given a key to the gate in case we returned late. You can reach it from Termini on a single bus, and we bought the “Roma Pass” which allowed us unlimited use of the bus. The hotel is excellent value for money and we would certainly stay there again.
The place was hard to find the first time we went there, especially as tourists who don’t speak the language. It is some distance from the city centre (but this wasn’t a major issue for us since we had anyway planned to spend the whole day in the city). It would have been nice if they had tea/coffee in the room. The shower was a little impractical (small, shower head sprayed sideways instead of downwards, and there was no place to keep the soap).

Very friendly staff, clean and tidy. Helpful and welcoming staff. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast variety. Nice patio and Italian experience. Decent coffee. Close to shops and bus stops.
There was nothing I didn't like.

1. We complained at the reception about tv-noise all through the night. We have not heard that tv since and we slept well. I thanked the receptionist. 2. On Sunday one of the cleaning ladies told us to take a different bus as the one we used to take dit not run on Sundays.
1. I could feel some of the metal springs in the mattress and had to adapt my seeping position. 2. Breakfast was simple and not high quality. Coffee was bad.

Great value for the price and excellent location! The hotel is well connected to major attractions and the city center, making it easy to explore. The rooms were clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The basic breakfast options were sufficient to start the day. The staff provided detailed instructions on sightseeing and public transportation, which was very helpful. The hotel and rooms were also quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay.
